Arthur en Elise was ook bereid om mee te denken in tips en oplossingen. Ze reageren snel. Cons: Voorgesteld om de pannen te vervangen, ze zijn niet geschikt om mee te koken. "We were a party of 5 young at heart seniors who enjoyed every minute. The accommodation was of a high standard and a lot of thought went into the detail to make our stay 5*. The beds were very comfortable and the ensuites immaculate. The weather at the time was hot and we made use of the lovely pool and aircon. The location was perfect, isolated and quiet, yet only 6km from a delightful village Monpazier. I hope we have the pleasure of returning again. Thank you Sonja & Mark"

"My husband and I loved the hotel Madeline. The location is great- walkable to everything. The breakfast is great, the bar is really nice to relax in. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. We recommend this hotel for your stay in Sarlat La Canada. "

"Beautiful pool and garden, beautiful quiet location - house was good but old fashioned and required more thorough cleaning and attention to detail on cleaning crockery, checking for bugs in house (cleaning again) and ensuring that all facilities were in good working order which they were not. Heating was broken, dishwasher did not clean properly, no hot water in evening, then internet went down in storm affecting TV, with little to no contact with owner. This house needs TLC as did we so we felt cold, neglected and disappointed with our holiday. Apart from one load of logs for the fire which cheered us up we were pretty much ignored by the owner except when he arrived to check the heating and the plumber tried to fix. But it came on once at 2am then that was it. So very sorry but it was all too frustrating. Better communication is required. "

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with stunning grounds. The common areas are elegant and inviting, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a quiet moment. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. i would recommend staying in the main building. The outer buildings are not as nice. A wonderful experience from start to finish!"
