「Penzion Berc offers an excellent alternative to the "big-box" facilities located closer to lakeside. Rustic Bavarian-style architecture and atmosphere. Good on-site parking. Even though we arrived almost four hours early, we were immediately registered and ensconced in our rooms. Although only two persons, we booked a five-person accommodation, as was only thing available. Our's was a separate, standalone building, with main sleeping area on 2nd level. Main drawback was that the Berc...

「i stayed at Double room, park view, because i saw the room pictures and satisfied with the final photo about the bath room with tab. I confirmed that the picture was wrong. there was no bath tab which was very disappointing. Other things are good, but the wrong picture of tab was really disappointed, and i felt like being cheated.」

「I had a great time in Bled thanks to Old Bled House. First, I could start staying smoothly in spite of having arrived at midnight. The owner's introduction was very helpful so, I don't have to worry about check-in. The next, it's small hotel but, I was glad that each room has fridge and bottle(for water, tap water is drinkable). The next, this room has a restaurant and food is very good. They have a wide range of wine and staff told me details about it. I don't know much about wine and it's...

「Excellent location, helpful staff, wonderful room, ridiculously large and tasty breakfast brought to your room.」

「I loved this location because it wasn’t in the busy area like lake Bled or lake Bohinj. Nice, quiet area for hiking and lots of cycling paths. There is no air conditioning but we asked for a fan and that really helped. It was really hot when we were there. The shower had water pressure issues and kept changing temperature as I was showering. The kitchen was stocked with the basics. The decor is definitely retro but I felt it worked for this place. There is a small grocery store within walking...

「The location was great being close to the Vintgar Gorge Trail and having beautiful scenery.」

「The accomodation is very clean and very welcoming. Note that you may only get a small skylight window, rather than a room with a view due to the steeply sloping roof of the building. Staff lovely and very helpful. The food in the downstairs restaurant is excellent」

「Beautiful place to stay, staff was very kind and helpful. It's a short walk from the busiest part of Bled so it was peaceful in the evening.」
