It was a lovely room. Location of hotel was perfect, 10 mins walk to metro station, restaurants and shops all in close walking distance too. Room wasn’t too cold for the time of year.

Definitely, the staff were nice and assisting in all ways.
The room was nice and clean with moderne photoes of plants and people, nice.
It is located close to town, so it does not take long, then you are in the center of the city.
Also nice with healthy breakfast in the morning.

Perfect for a week long stay in Stockholm. Close to metro stop, grocery, restaurants, historic sites and restaurants in the heart of Norrmalm.
Keyless entry and thoughtful room amenities (a re-usable grocery bag and water bottles for use during our stay).
Room was very clean and bed was comfortable.
Shout out to customer service: There was a mix up (my fault) when booking and instead of a room with a full kitchen I booked one with shared kitchen access. Sent a message and they quickly were able to switch my reservation to a room with full kitchen facilities and moved us right over.
Will stay here again on future visits. Our trip was for fun and sightseeing but this would be a great place to stay for business.
