「Wir waren im August 2023 mit 2 Teenagern und unserm Hund dort. Obwohl die Haushälfte zum Hang zeigte war es sehr hell und von den beiden Terrassen vor und hinter dem Haus gab es einen tollen Blick Richtung Meer. Die angegebenen 1 km bis zum Strand sind wohl Luftlinie, also zu Fuß nicht zu machen da es steil bergauf- und ab geht. Aber mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten am Strand. 「Villa très bien équipée avec une vue exceptionnelle située dans un petit village typique de la Calabre. Région un peu moins touristique que le sud calabrais mais de très beaux endroits, belles marinas, bons restaurants etc alentours. Attention peu de gens parlent anglais mais on s’en sort très bien ! Giuseppe est très disponible et riche de conseils ! Très bon accueil ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !」

「Check in was flawless. Any question through WhatsApp answered immediately. The location is nice and quick but only 5 minutes from the beach , shops en restaurants. 「We stayed for two weeks and really enjoyed to be there. We could make nice walks in the quiet area and found a 10 minutes walking way to a more or less private beach. The coast in this area is the most beautiful one of Italy. The help and guidance we got from the owner Giuseppe was great and always very fast. We recommend this house to everybody!」

「Really nice modern apartment in an ancient building. Comfortable queen bed, nice bathrooms, and a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea that's perfect for a sunset glass of wine. There are several excellent restaurants and bars less than two minutes' walk from the property, and a handful more within 5 minutes' drive. 「Very beautiful and well equipped house with wonderful garden and spectacular view - perfect stay! Stefania gave us a lot of useful tips and suggesrions for beaches and restaurants near by and was always ready to help. The access to the house was a bit rough, but we fot used to it at the end. Lots of little secluded beaches with pebbles to discover. Highly recommended. Thank you Stefania for a wonderful vacation!」

「Die Lage des Hotels zu Scalea und dem Strand ist super. Über das Hotelgelände kommt man zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten an den Strand. Schirm und liegen sind im Preis inbegriffen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Das Zimmer war geräumig mit genügend Stauraum für Kleidung. Das Bad klein, aber ausreichend mit etwas größerer Dusche. Das Frühstück war leider unterdurchschnittlich und nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Der Frühstücksraum ist Richtung Meer mit viel Glasfront. Die kann jedoch nicht geöffnet...
