"Travelling through a storm on motorcycles looking for somewhere to stay, we came across this GEM. What a fantastic place, the host (Olga) couldn’t have been more helpful, we ended up staying here for 3 days as it was perfect location and we were made to feel at home, the village has some nice shops and restaurants to visit, which is only a 3 minute walk away. "Place was really nice and staff was wonderful!! Was in a very chill location. Breakfast was lite but very good and the staff at breakfast was the sweetest. My one thing about the hotel that I didn’t like was the shower. It was very tight. Room was spacious but shower tight. Small enough that shower curtain would stick too me which I hated. If I bent over to pick up something off the floor my butt would hit the knob to change temp of shower. lol lol I would recommend this place though because of the many other great things. "

"The rooms were great and spacious with nice closet and hanging areas plus nespresso machines and all the mini bar goodies. The bathrooms were typical european and the only reason for one star removed. small and awful bathtub showers that average to tall heights must stoop to use. My favorite part was the outdoor hot tub and multiple saunas/ red light therapy options indoor in the resting area and outdoor as well. They have a cute bar in spa area that serves to these indoor and outdoor areas as well. The dj lounge and bar was fun. The food was good but the service fo the food at breakfast if ordered was slow so just so the buffet which was plentiful and extremely nice and fresh. We had dinner there one night and slow service but good food. Also a reason for one star gone was the mad clubs were closed and we were not told that at booing so we’re excited for the nightlife element that was non existent. bummer. The location was fantastic with amazing easy access direct from madlein ski room just up and out to escalators and the right onto the main gondola to ski- fantastic!!"

"The hotel was really beautiful, new and designed in a modern and cool way. the room was spacious, comfortable and the kitchenette was accessorized with everything we needed for cooking. The hotel spa was also very great, we enjoyed it. The reception clerks were really nice, helpful and patient with our many questions, especially Amelie."
