「The door to the room I was assigned did not even close. When I called the manager, I was assigned to another room. It did have a lock but I was not comfortable since the manager could change the lock remotely at any time. The stairs to the front door was not stable (second step broken) and there was no handrail on either set of steps. The building seemed to house college students or transient workers. The furniture was arranged so I could not charge my phone. There were only common amenities...

「I have never stayed a bed and breakfast before, and Im very happy I choose this one! The whole property was nicely maintained and close to all of the fun things to do in the area. BUT my number 1 reason to recommed Serene Niagara Inn is the hosts! They were both extremely kind and made us feel very welcomed. They have a nice breakfast selection that tasted amazing. Overall it was a wonderful relaxing place to stay. Thank you guys for making it feel like a home away from home!!!」
