Just steps away from Port Grimaud and only a 5-minute walk from the beaches, this stunning new villa is nestled in a secure private estate. With its private pool and high-end amenities, it promises an unforgettable experience.
An ideal location for a dream vacation
Enjoy a privileged setting just 6 km from the gates of Saint-Tropez, offering the perfect base to explore the treasures of the region in complete tranquility.

Ground Floor:
A welcoming entrance leads to a spacious, light-filled living area that opens onto a fully furnished terrace with views of the pool and garden. The open-plan kitchen, complete with a central island, connects seamlessly to the living room for moments of togetherness. A practical laundry room is located at the rear.
A first bedroom with an en-suite bathroom (including toilet) offers direct access to the pool.

Upper Floor:
Discover an elegant master suite featuring a king-size bed (180 cm), a private bathroom (separate WC), and a walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms await: one with a double bed (180 cm) and another ideal for children, furnished with two bunk beds and a crib. These bedrooms share a bathroom and a separate WC.

An outdoor space designed for relaxation
The terrace is perfect for unwinding, with a garden lounge area, a large dining table for al fresco meals, and sun loungers by the pool (4 x 8 m, depth from 1 to 1.6 m).

Tolles Haus in einer Gated Community nur 12 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Mittlerweile gibt es eine Überdachung des Außenbereichs, was das Haus noch mehr aufwertet. Wir empfehlen das Haus unbedingt weiter!
