On a rainy day, enjoy a good book in the living room with its sectional sofa and wood-burning fireplace. On a sunny day, relax outdoors on the cement patio at the rear of the house, which features a picnic table, outdoor seating, grill, and fire pit. The patio extends to a big grassy, open yard, dotted with mature trees, in a rural environment.

The kitchen is equipped with a 2017 electric oven, microwave, 2023 dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee pot, tea kettle, dishes, and cookware. The Walmart Super Center is just five miles away. Couples can enjoy dinner and drinks at Carmella's Ristorante or another of Grenada's popular restaurants. For a more laid-back meal, pick up takeout at nearby Sunflower Cafe, Salad Etc., High on the Hog, or Spencer’s.

This home is ideal for visitors to Grenada Lake or Hugh White State Park, golfers, couples, family reunions.
