Although the house is old, it is well-loved and quite comfortable. All bedrooms are upstairs. Guests must pass through bedroom two to reach bedroom three. There is a Pack N Play available in Bedroom 2. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots & pans and utensils. A toaster, microwave and coffee maker is available for your use. Smart TV in the living room, no cable. Enjoy the spacious front porch or BBQ in the backyard, it's just like home away from home.

This house is a century-old, two unit place. The house manager lives in the other unit, you will have your unit all to yourself. Please be considerate of the house manager by observing quiet time at night and respecting his personal space. The porch directly in front of your unit is for your use. The other tenant has his porch furniture directly in front of his unit and is for his use only.
