Nearly 250 years of history give this three-bedroom home a character all its own, with original details, exposed beams, comfortable rooms and thoughtfully collected furnishings. It feels like a genuine country home — because it is. Fully stocked kitchen for those who love to cook!

Enjoy quiet mornings, country walks and peaceful evenings by the fire pit, or venture out to nearby Saratoga Springs, Lake George, the Adirondacks and Vermont.

What makes a stay here different is the personal attention. I live separately on the property, so the house and your privacy are completely yours, while I’m nearby if you need me.

Think of me as your personal host in the background — available when wanted and invisible when not.

I’m happy to provide local and restaurant recommendations, help with the fire pit, answer questions or take care of those little things that can make a trip more enjoyable. For longer stays, I can also assist with conveniences such as weekly laundry.
