「Let me start by saying this is the cleanest VRBO I have ever rented! The property is beautiful and spacious, it is walking distance to the historical downtown area with shops, restaurants and views. The building itself is historical and amazing. The bed was incredibly comfortable! Jennifer is very accommodating and communicated right away when needed. She was wonderful, we will be back and we will be trying for any of her properties again! One of our best Vrbo experiences by far!」

「This was a very clean property from the floors to the kitchen to the linens. It comfortably fit our family of 4 with two teenage daughters. The apartment is located on the third floor so we ended up just brining up essentials and not our suitcases. Communication was fantastic - sending all the info well before check-in. There is coin laundry in the basement. The parking is also wonderful and easy to access.」

「This delightful, spacious basement has been decorated and appointed with care. The bed and couch are both comfortable and laden with pillows, the towels smell great, and there are lots of little details to make you feel at home…from lotion in the bathroom to a tiny waffle iron in the kitchen. If you’re looking for a private, cozy place to stay, in a nice residential neighborhood, look no further.」

「Authentic loft style accomodation in a quiet neighborhood close to amenities and historical highlights. Simple and easy parking and clear instructions for entry when we arrived. Had all the amenities we needed. Bedrooms large and each had a small desk and room to lay out clothing. Full length mirror was a bonus and both rooms had air conditioners and TVs. 「This review is strictly based on my personal experience staying at this Rhode Island apartment. The listing is accurate regarding what is provided: the unit was spotlessly clean, and the two bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen matched the description completely. However, the listing feels incomplete because key details about living in the space were left out.Slanted FloorsAs an older house that has settled, the third-floor apartment has a noticeable slant. The unlevel floors left me feeling...
