"I love the set up of your rooms. It was spacious and really felt like a small apartment. What I did NOT like was that a soiled wash cloth was left in my shower draped over the shower head. There was also hair in the shower. Cleanliness and sanitation are extremely important to me as a customer. I reported the wash cloth issue 3 times before it was removed from the bathroom. Please work hard to ensure all rooms are cleaned appropriately for your customers. Thank you."
