We had a total of 11 adults (all family) in Greenville for the wedding of my son. The location of this place was excellent — right in the busy center of town — but there were many issues with the rental. Here they are: There were many problems with cleanliness, including trash, dirty dishes and cleaning supplies left out when we arrived, as well as food left in the refrigerator from the previous occupant. There was hardly any privacy; only two of the bedrooms are actually private, with the rest in open spaces. There was a great deal of clutter, with many of the owner’s belongings in drawers and closets. We were there on a weekend, and there was incredible noise late at night from the bars and clubs on Main Street, ironic with the host’s stern warnings about us making too much noise. Parking was a big issue, with the two spaces much too small and unauthorized cars constantly in our supposedly reserved spaces. Also, we were not allowed to open any windows, but we couldn’t control the heat and it was too high. Finally, the apartment is many steps up from the parking area, which was difficult for the older members of our party.
