The Staff was awesome-Never had a more helpful staff at any hotel-room was very nice and Breakfast Hostess was the best at any hotel I have ever stayed I would definitely stay at this hotel next time I visit Greenville, Ms.

The Ladies at the desk were friendly rhonda in the breakfast room was wonderful.the room smelled like cat pee the area was suspect I book a room here because it had a pool the pool wasn't open and looked like it hadn't been open in a while there was a a chicken bone on the floor outside our room 3 days. Not worth the money 1st and last stay here

I was in shocked and was assigned 4 rooms before my refund was issued. The front desk staff/ lady was nice and pleasant. The rooms were not adequately cleaned and smelled like mildew. The carpet had residue from the previous guests. The fourth and final room had feces under the toilet seat. To my disgust I shared my concerns and requested a refund. Presented a photo. I stayed at this property on several occasions and never experienced anything of this magnitude! Very unkept property!

The breakfast was fresh and they accommodated my husband's no pork diet. Housekeeping was awesome..Ms Debra was very helpful, very sweet and did a great job with cleaning the room and replenishing the towels. I would go back just to see her 😊

The breakfast setup was really nice and the person working the area did an excellent job. The person behind your desk gave us a excellent choice on restaurant locally. The only negative is that there was a large tarp over part of the building because of some bad weather that had come through the area. Other than that we had a excellent stay. Oh, and I would have to say that one of the beds in the room was very close to the wall on one side which made it difficult to get in and out of the bed.

I come every year when I come visit family and each year we always receive amazing customer service and hospitality ! The rooms are always well clean ( we did find a hair bonnet in the pull out couch and a juice wrapper under the couch ) but overall room was clean ! Appreciate you guys for a pleased welcoming visit !

Staff was very friendly at check in, however the hotel looks as if it is still being renovated. Didn’t find out about the brown water till after I had booked the room. Staff did give us water at check in though. Had to ask for new sheets for one of the beds as it appeared to be moldy. Room had a strong odor and facet in shower never stopped leaking. Wall was also cracked in our room.
