「We recently stayed at an individual house in the Poconos, and it turned out to be a wonderful getaway for our family. The house itself was spacious, clean, and very well maintained. 「Location was quaint and check in very easy. Host was communicative. However, ACs were finnicky. Kitchen and living room subject to arctic blasts while rooms overheated and suddenly turn off. Living room TV remote was non-functioning even with batteries replaced. Outside lights over the fire pit were broken. But worst of all, there was also a water leak coming from the ceiling on our second night, perhaps to no fault of the host, but still took from the experience. Would not recommend unless...

The online portal once you’re booking is confirmed is very convenient and simple to use. The house is brand new remodeled it’s still smelled fresh construction almost when we walked in. Beautiful access to the lake and fire pit. The property is “done right” We will be back! 」

「House was great! Layout was perfect for our large group, having a living room and a separate family room as well. Kitchen was large and had every pot, pan, appliance and utensil for usage. 「Incredibly welcoming home! Owner had decorated for holidays & messaged in advance to make sure we were ok with holiday decorations (every thoughtful!). Check in was as described, & owner messaged to check that all was ok. We hit during a very cold spell but heat was more than adequate. Every room had a different personality, very thoughtful & with little personal thouches throughout (games, pillows, blankets, etc).
