The Space:
Greenmount by Tiny Away is a peaceful farm stay located in Greenmount, just 25 minutes from the nearest city, Toowoomba and 2 hours away from Brisbane. The tiny house sits on a special platform facing north, with views of the beautiful and ever-changing countryside. Explore local favourites like Warraba Farm in sunflower season, Spring Bluff Railway Station, Laurel Bank Park, and Main Range National Park.

A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, a hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.

Guest Access:
Guests can access the tiny home and its surroundings, with full freedom to explore the rest of the property. Please note that access to the main house is by invitation only.

The Neighborhood:
Greenmount by Tiny Away offers a peaceful country escape, only 21 minutes from Harristown and 2 hours from Brisbane. Our farm stay’s Local highlights include sunflower tours at Warraba Farm (Dec–Apr), the charming Spring Bluff Railway Station, and scenic dining at Picnic Point in Toowoomba.

Nature lovers can explore beautiful spots like Laurel Bank Park, the Main Range National Park (Goomburra section), the Japanese Garden at the University of Southern Queensland, and the much-loved Queens Park with its amazing floral displays.

Getting Around:
By car:
- From Brisbane 2 hours 153kms and to Toowoomba 30 minutes

By public transport:
- Would need to hire a car to get to our place, no public transport. Uber in available in our area.

Other Things to Note:
- Wifi is currently not available
- Mobile reception has good signals
- Drinking water is supplied from a water tank
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Smoking is permitted outside the Tiny House only
- Make sure to turn off the lights, AC, electronics, close windows, and lock doors when leaving
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

Pet Guidelines:

- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- Pets should be kept on lead at all times
- Any damage done by pets shall be payable by the guests
- Please clean up after your dog/cat shedding before checking out
- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas and clean after your pet’s droppings
- Always remember not to leave your pets unattended inside or outside the property
- We recommend that you bring your pet's bed, bowl, and basic needs with you during your stay

Important note:

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present in the surrounding areas
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
