Welcome to our Serenity of West Palm Beach! We have 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, massage chair, a private heated pool (addtl “heating fee” at checkout), and hot tub upon request (note: hot tub operates 4-9 pm, or can be scheduled for another 5hr timeframe. Pool heating turns off while spa is in heating mode). We hope our home and range of amenities allows you to have a relaxing and memorable vacation here in Florida!
All photos, calendar, and rates are 100% accurate. You'll receive the comforts of a home with all amenities supplied, including 5-star hotel-quality towels and linens.

OUTDOOR
- Quiet large yard with coconut trees, mango trees, covered patio, screen enclosed pool deck, conversational areas, hammocks, and lounges.
- Grill, table and chairs on deck for outdoor dining. A propane tank is available for grilling. If it needs to be refilled, there is a close by 7-11 gas station 4 minutes away.

- Master Suite Bedroom #1 with en-suite bathroom: 1 King bed. Includes 55” Smart TV.
- Bedroom #2: Shared bathroom. 1 King bed and 1 chair converter bed. Includes 55” Smart TV.
- Bedroom #3: Shared bathroom: 1 bunk bed, 1 twin bed.
- Second floor:
- Bedroom #4 with en-suite bathroom: 1 King bed. Includes 55” Smart TV and desk and chair.
- Master Suite Bedroom #5 with en-suite bathroom: 1 Queen bed, 1 King bed. Includes 55” Smart TV and desk and chair. 2 additional queen mattresses are in the closet and can be used by guests.
- We provide High-grade clean linens, pillows, towels, as well as hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, etc
- Baby crib and pack and play are available in the house and are in the closets.

- Family Room has 85" Smart HDTV, an Office corner with desk and chair, and a Full body massage chair.

LAUNDRY ROOM - In-house no cost washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board are provided for your use.
PARKING - Private driveway can accommodate 9 vehicles. No parking on the grass.
LOCATION
- Located just 3 miles from PBI Airport, this makes arrival into and departure from Florida a breeze.
- Centrally located to many shops, convenience stores, and activities like beaches, golf courses, fine dining, downtown shopping, Palm Beach Malls, City Place, and many other attractions. Less than a mile to I-95.
- The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the park next door is ideal for walking, jogging, recreational sports, and having fun on the playground.

Dear Guests. Please let us know if we can do anything for you to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay here. We'd like to ask you to comply with the House Rules below, as we need to adhere with the City and HOA ordinances with respect to short-term rentals.
Overnight Guests: The maximum number of overnight guests is 14. No unregistered guests allowed. If you plan to have over 14 people visiting, you must inform hosts. Additional costs may apply to large groups.
Parties: Events/parties over 14 people MUST be communicated to, scheduled, and approved with the hosts in advance. Additional rules and costs may apply.
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
Pets: we welcome pets but you must inform us ahead of your stay and pay the pet fee.
Quiet hours: Please respect our neighbors. This is a quiet residential community and quiet hours are between 10:00PM to 7:00AM. No loud noise or loud music outside after 10 PM. The City, Police Department, and the HOA require that Vacation Rental Owners make efforts to control outdoor noise level during Quiet Hours.
No smoking inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside, but please do not toss cigarette butts in the yard. Please use outdoor cigarette disposal bin.
Please park only on the driveway, do not park on the grass or the neighborhood street.
If House Rules are violated, we will treat that as a cancellation of the Booking by you; your stay will be terminated and all guests will be evicted immediately and we shall be under no obligation to refund you for any fees already paid. If you exceed the number of guests, you will also be charged the extra per-person fee for any guest above the number you stated in your reservation.
