Optional Service Fees:
• $65 per day for pool heating (24-hour notice required)
• $150 pet fee (maximum 2 pets)
• $50 per hour for early check-in or late check-out, if available
• $25 per guest per night after the 16th guest (maximum 18 guests total)
Guests are required to sign an innkeeper agreement prior to check-in.
