「Check in was a nightmare, the guy who helped me looked like he was un educated. I gave him my passport and he found my name on the tablet. Then when he had to make my room card he couldn't find my assigned room. Then he kept asking is your name John, is your name Suzan ets. I mean we just confirmed my name, and he has my passport open in front of him. Check in was a painful 25 minute process. Then my room looked like someone just took a shower as the bathroom floor was wet, the bed sheets were...

「Checked in, then started noticing some shady characters loitering in the parking lots. 2 seperate incidents involving police, all before dark! Bed sheets had stains, shower was dirty! I'll never be back」

「Amazing overnight accommodation with a super comfortable Ling sized bedroom suite followed by homemade, from scratch, tasty breakfast food on the weekend mornings. The room was clean, and had all the amenities a night away from home could ever need. The Inn was decorated eloquently and the owners went above and beyond to make themselves known, available and you could feel the southern hospitality flowing through every room. The local shops, restaurants, and bars we visited all came through...

「I arrived at around at 11pm becaue of heavy traffic from Charlotte Airport, and checke out at 9am in tomorrow morning. So I had not experiene so much, but front desk was waiting for me and preparerd my check in so that it proceed smoothly. The room was clean and had enough space for one person. 」

「Queen beds were more like full size beds. Also HOW GROSS that the coffee maker, cups and ice bucket included in your room are located in the bathroom on the lower shelf under bathroom sink right next to the toilet . Very unsanitary, we did use. Property itself other than that was decent.」

「The room was not like advertised. It was older, not as “fresh” as the pictures. There was no tv for the remote. I was going to call the front desk to let them know but when I picked up the phone, it wasn’t even plugged in to anything. A few of the outlets didn’t work. The sink was slow draining. The front of the fridge was dirty. But the room was mostly clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. The lobby was clean. 」
