This Large ranch home is about 3,600 sq ft. Large enough for large groups. It is located in west Greeley. Perfect stay if you are attending local weddings, sports, reunions, concerts and area college events. Look no further as this is the place for you! (NO PARTYS OR LARGE GATHERINGS…only guests that are staying allowed unless approved by us prior to your stay) You will definitely adore this completely remodeled house that has so much to offer for everyone. The house was perfect for my volleyball team or if you have a large family. The were plenty of beds, linens, blankets, dishes, silverware and bathrooms for all. The game room, hot tub and large family space downstairs were great for the girls to hang out, watch movies, play games and even a little hide and seek. The hosts were very accommodating, helpful and made sure we were good to go before, during and after our stay. It was in a good central location for us to be able to go to our matches without a long drive. Thanks again!

We came in town with a few moms and daughters for a volleyball tournament. This property was exactly what we needed. You can tell the owners take pride in making it a nice place for their guests. The kids loved the hot tub and game room in the garage and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other. We will definitely book again in the future!!
