"Very unhappy with the service received at this hotel. I booked a suite with Jacuzzi. We arrived there on a Sunday, found out the jacuzzi was defective and notified the front desk at around 6pm, told them we needed rest and that they could fix it in the morning. They forgot to send someone to take care of the matter, Tuesday morning i reminded them that this had not been taken care of, that if it was no possible to give me a new room. To which they said they were going to take care of on WEDNESDAY morning (already my third day at the place) we left the hotel for a tour and came back at around 7pm. I asked the front desk rep if the matter had been taken care of, to which she replied. “I wouldn’t know, go to your room and check if it has been repaired” what?"
