「The apartment was very nice, clean and rather well kept. There were a couple small maintenance items and we had to buy paper towels, extra toilet paper, and soap but the host was very responsive and reimbursed us. The unit is very secure. Would stay here again.」

「I checked in and found that the hot water and WiFi were not working in the unit. Contacted the host. Said they would send people up to fix it. Maintenance never came. Thinking it was maybe a little late contacted him again the next day with no response. Asked for a partial refund which was refused by the host. Unit also had a few other inconveniences.
