「The motel was very nice and the owners were so awesome I was double charged by accident and then immediately put it back in my card he apologized profusely about it but I told him it was alright and that chime would handle it and not to worry about it other then that it was quiet and clean and if I needed anything all I had to was go downstairs and ask them and they would be happy to oblige. The room was big and clean and the bed was super comfy 」
「We stayed for one night. Arrived very late and the reception was very efficient. The setting is nice with several traditional small buildings, nice ambience. The room was big and comfortable. Breakfast was very basic, no fruit, no yogurt, no jam or honey. There were waffles, begals, toast orange juice, coffee and milk.
I would happily stay there again and will bring goof to top up my breakfast 」
「Traveled from Philadelphia for a friends wedding and the hotel was just a 8 minute drive from the wedding venue. Hotel check-in easy & fast. For an Inn it wasn’t as bad as I thought. Rooms were cleaned so as hotel areas. Needs a bit of updating but for my first time in Connecticut and needed a room at the last minute it was okay.」
「I was very comfortable in this well stocked “home”, yes, the owners make this house very homey. It certainly makes you want to come back. The property is beautiful and everything is very well kept. No complaints.」
「There is not too much you could walk to except for the market, which is directly across the street. There was no heat (until October) in our room, but we did not need it. The whole Inn area is very well kept and extremely clean. To me the Continental breakfast was just so-so, but it is complimentary. The entire staff was welcoming, pleasant and informative. The jetted tub in our room and the “back porch” with seating were two nice touches.」
