"From the moment we arrived, it was clear this St. Thomas home was something special. We traveled with three families, fifteen people total, with kids ranging from eleven to eighteen, and the house could not have been better suited for a group our size.The layout is exceptional. There are multiple kitchen spaces that made cooking, gathering easy without crowding, and the bathrooms are spacious and plentiful, which mattered a lot with a house full of teenagers. There is plenty of room to be together for meals, games, and sunsets, while also having enough separation that no one ever felt on top of each other. Whether it was kids playing cards on one level, adults cooking and talking in the kitchen, or quiet moments on the terraces, the home effortlessly supported every version of togetherness and relaxation.The location is ideal. Close to Red Hook, beaches, and restaurants, everything felt convenient without sacrificing privacy or tranquility. And the views are simply unmatched. The sunset views from this home are, without exaggeration, the best we saw on the island. Every evening became an event, with everyone naturally gravitating outside as the sky changed colors over the water.Communication was easy, clear, and thoughtful from start to finish with Connor, who helps you with your stay. They were tremendously helpful before and during our stay, offering guidance, answering questions quickly and helping with anything and making us feel genuinely cared for. We will be back!"

"This place is perfectly located in Red Hook, without the hustle and bustle of people, but activities, restaurants and beaches are in close proximity.This is our second stay in 2 years, and have scheduled again for next year.The best things we have found: Ferry is close for trips to St John or even British VI. Excursions from Ritz Carlton very close. St John should be a must.After a busy day, the best part is quiet, peaceful, comfortable condo with an incredible views from large patio, the bedroom or the living area. "

"From the time I booked, until days after we left, Jerscilla was absolutely THE BEST host I’ve ever encountered. She helped me with planning my entire family trip from the private chef, cake, massage therapists, places to go, to car services! I used all of her recommended vendors and everything was a complete success.The house was AMAZING!!! It was perfect for my family and I. It had waaaaay more amenities then I ever expected. The house was STACKED with anything you would need from beach towels and chairs, laundry detergent, to non perishable food items including seasonings. The pool was perfect and we loved playing pool at night with the lights lit up. The views on the water from the house were breathtaking. We were just blown away with our entire experience. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this home if you’re considering!"
