I stayed at the Mandala Ace Albany Hotel from August 19th (Tuesday) to August 20th (Wednesday), and it was a smooth and pleasant experience. The check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free, which made everything very convenient. The staff were polite and helpful, ensuring that I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived until the time I left. Overall, it was a stress-free stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting...
「The hotel has plenty of parking and the location is quite convenient. However, the curtains did not provide much privacy as there was a large gap between them.
Also, the shower head is a ceiling-mounted rain shower, but this was not clearly mentioned on the website. We had to go out and buy a shower cap, as the hotel did not provide one.」
