「The issue I had, which I shared with the owner was that from the description, add on services available, and photos we thought we were renting an entire place for a short friends reunion weekend. The description was a vacation home on a lake and it is 2 bedrooms with bathrooms under a real estate office. The coffee maker and fridge are in the bathroom. The area is quiet and nice, its about 30 min to Galena, which was where we went each day. There is a marina, a pool, and a beach close but...

"併設のレストランのスタッフがひどかったです。注文は間違えるし、朝ごはんの料理が出てくるのに注文から１時間かかりました。また、掃除のスタッフが英語を全く理解しないのも困りました。１回は掃除をすっぽかされました。「Come again」位の英語は理解してもらわないと困ります。従業員教育にもっと時間とお金をかけてください。"
