"Overall, this is a large hotel with a lot going on at once. It’s great for families looking for waterpark access—this is definitely the place for that. However, if you’re looking for a more relaxing stay, I’d recommend requesting a room on the 19th floor or higher, as it’s noticeably quieter. The elevators can get very crowded depending on the time of day. The staff was friendly, but the layout of the hotel can be a bit confusing at times. I’d rate it 4 stars overall, mainly for the convenience—having coffee and food options right in the hotel is a big plus. If I were to stay again, I’d go for the presidential suite—the one with the bathtub next to the window. Just a heads up, there’s only one or two rooms like that. I thought I had booked it based on the listing showing a bathtub, but that wasn’t the case. Have fun "

"Clean room, friendly staff and great location! Only issue we had was the shower pressure and the water didn’t ever get hot!"

"Everything was absolutely exceptional except for the front desk workers, we found them a little bit rude and i understand it was a busy weekend but we’re paying so much to be there it would have been nice to be greeted with manors. All other staff were absolutely amazing being the managers, cleaners and waitstaff. another unsatisfactory part of our stay was the elevators, we waited 10-20 minutes each time we wanted to get to our room and even when we got it we shared with 8 other people that makes me wonder how safe it is. the chelsea hotel has 4 sections of different elevators and it works out great. all though this hotel is by far the best one i have stayed at downtown toronto, the amenities and rooms were absolutely amazing. thank you so much as"

"Property is OK although not the value it may seem that it might be at first. $40 for parking is crazy, and you basically get nothing extra with the stay to bring up the value. Rooms are cleanish although dated for sure. Probably wouldn’t go back but definitely not the worst place I’ve stayed. "

"Everything was super simple to figure out staff was nothing but helpful and kind room was cool I had a high up nice view pool was nice "

"This Hilton is outdated. There is rust and pealing paint throughout the rooms; especially in the bathrooms. The linen and towels were stained. This is too much for the price and choice of $62 (off-site) and $82 (on property) parking prices."

" pillows were so uncomfortable. The room was great otherwise. The parking price is ridiculously expensive. First night was $40 and second night $80 ….. the rooms were just renovated. And there was some drilling noises unfortunately still. Corso restaurant was amazing. "
