「Staff is very friendly and helpful. If you forgot toiletries, they have them for free. Very knowledgeable on places to go or eat, if you are not familiar with Traverse City and they have a bus to transport you. Great place.」

Breakfast was dropped off at door in morning I think it was a great idea however micro wave in room did not work so we could not heat up are breakfast so we left before they sent someone to fix it. but beside that issue it is avery nice place to stay 」

We have a refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, microwave, and digital alarm clock in our room. It is going to be perfect for the night.」

「For those who know me on this website, you know how I am really difficult to impress. Well this Hotel GOT ME. Even more at the price I paid. The hotel may be a little outside the Mackinaw city, but the distance worth the advantage. We had a wonderful spacious room, plenty of spaces, with balcony, view to the beach. The staff was friendly and informative, made sure we were fine, even offer to set up food service if needed, despite the late time. Wow. Wonderful. I won`t forget this place....
