「We had a very enjoyable time. The hosts were excellent and responded to our requests quickly in text. We kicked off a fire in the pit,quiet, and place was very clean. The reason for the 4 stars is it is definitely an older property (1950s) and the beds were super firm. We plan to go again but try the individual canins. we found the beds super firm. 「This cute little studio stay is located at Bunker’s Restaurant. It was safe, quiet and comfortable. It was neat to watch the lobster boats come in the evening. Alicia checked in with us and was great. She is doing some improvements to the property and it looks like it will be even better. 」

「Hosts easy to deal with. Place was neat and as promised. Nice place as a base to visit this part of Maine. Did Acadia NP, Whale watch, toured a couple Lighthouse spots, Did Bangor Steven King tour, and Upstate Moosehead Lake with a short walk on the AT. All easy drives from the rental. 」

「The apartment is really great and everything is brand new. But the agency forgot to send check in instructions, we called them and were all set. Be aware to get instructions 2 days before or call them. In VRBO the location was directly on the water, in reality not at all. If you want to stay in this area, the location is great but we drove every day to Acadia park or supermarket about 25-30 minutes. Yes, I would recommend this accommodation and would like to stay here again.」

「Pros: The property was exceedingly clean. The decor was fresh and modern. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of utensils, mugs, bowls, plates, etc. A few important basics were provided such as a fresh sponge, salt & pepper, paper towels, coffee filters, toilet paper, tissues, detergent, shower soap. There were plenty of blankets.Cons: The stairs to the bedroom upstairs are very steep and narrow (about a 91/2” rise and a 7 1/2” run). The bathroom is downstairs so the steep...

「Great place, comfortable and clean. My father slept in the bedroom and said the bed was pretty comfortable. My husband and I slept on the pull out sofa, it wasn’t as comfortable as I had hoped but it was suitable for a night. A curtain on the door would be nice for people who sleep on the pullout sofa, the light coming from the streetlamp across the street is quite bright. 」
