If I could give six stars, I would.
The Valet ran over a glass bottle with my car, through no fault of his own. The hotel took total responsibility. They took the car to the shop, checked the tires, and then checked the tires twice more over the next day. Oh, and topped off the gas, all at no charge.
This is rarely seen service which I greatly appreciated.
