「Lovely old pub with lots of character. Friendly staff and well lit car park. Great breakfast included. Only slight problem with traffic noise as our room faced the road. 」

「We were very pleasantly surprised when our room not only had a spacious balcony with a table and chairs, but also a lovely view of the Thames and the hotel grounds. The room price -- which was reasonable for such a nice room in a beautiful small town next to Oxford and near London -- included a comfortable king-size bed, a full breakfast that we ordered from a menu - and even included Scottish salmon - as well as the parking. 「For what I paid the room was as expected, it was clean had a good TV that had plenty of channel choice. There were hot drink facilities in the room and the bed was clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was brilliant! The chef did a cracking job with my order and the mushroom sauce as a side was amazing. Breakfast was lovely and fresh with local produce and it was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had for sometime. 」

「I saw lots of complaints on reviews but gave it a chance as it was very cheap. Basically - you get what you pay for, and a bit more. For £45 - £20 deposit I got a reasonable room with coffee making facilities and very good service. I would stay again as it was so cheap and really friendly staff. Many thanks」

「Was attending a conference at the Farnborough Conference center and this was a quick 5 minute walk from there (through a shortcut). Room was spacious and had everything I needed. Breakfast is freshly cooked and comes with quite a few choices.」

「Hotel has good location. Room (Victoria, on first floor) was large and clean. Easy access into room using keypad. Owner was helpful with issue booking through hotels.com. Allowed us an early check in, which was appreciated. We did have an issue where we were woken up around midnight with the lights flickering on and off, a smell of electrical wires burning and a sound of electric arcing. This went on until about 2 am and then stopped. We were worried the rest of the night there may be a fire,...

「Well, what can I say is no service it was North to your coffee I had a crack sink in the bathroom and Nobody come and clean the room at all in the four days so I will not be staying at our place ever again and should have a chat with them regarding on it」
