「Good location just 3 blocks from the Applegate trail head which leads to Coler Preserve. Short drive to downtown Bentonville. Nice neighborhood. Clean house. Well stocked. Comfortable beds. Fenced yard for the dogs. Garage access for bike storage. 」

「We had a family gathering here for the weekend. Incredible views. Fantastic screened in back porch. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Plenty of space to sleep. Very comfortable beds and linens. Owner is very easy to communicate with and welcoming. We had a wonderful time and didn't even have to leave the house. The lake was too cold in late March, but summer would be fantastic. Bald eagles we're a nice bonus.Easily one of the best places to stay in this corner of Arkansas. Will return when...

「We had an absolute wonderful time while at the Circa 1894 Home! It's as quaint as It's looks like it will be! There is so much room to spread out. We spent time visiting with family and friends all evening, it was the perfect setting! Thank you for a wonderful place to stay! We would definitely stay there again, we loved it!
