「The physical beauty of this hotel blew me away. It is on the harbor and the view of the harbor and the pleasure craft was enchanting. My room was small but well appointed and the back door opened onto a deck overlooking the harbor. The restaurant is also open to the harbor and charming 」

「Super quaint, peaceful, idyllic, historic Inn! Awesome location right in the middle of the Marblehead Historic District. We walked less than 5 min to dinner at The Landing and then to drinks at Maddie’s Sail Loft. Highly recommend! 」
「Our stay at the Sally Webster was great! Our room was clean, spacious, and welcoming! The staff of the inn were also 10/10. A storm blew through during our stay which made the power go out for a short period of time. While it normally wouldn’t have been any problem my husband and I had a wedding to attend and were in need of electricity to get ready. After we informed Marshall he quickly sent us to their sister location (2 minutes away that did not have a power issue) to use one of their rooms...
「Unfortunately, we spent only one night at this very quaint historic hotel. The room was spacious and had an incredibly comfortable bed! There is a restaurant, beautiful outdoor patio with bar, string lights and even a speakeasy in the basement! Parking was easy and free. The hotel staff was wonderful!」
「The Silsbee Suite was lovely! Its def just for 1 or 2 ppl even though the kitchen is huge there is only 1 queen bed and a couch. You also habe acess to your own private patio but we were out all day and didnt really utilize that. This property is in walkimg distance to everything you need to get to and see in Salem. It is an old house and you can hear EVERYTHING! Even the other guests if they sneeze or laugh so just be aware of that. I would def stay again 」

「The staff at The Hotel Salem are so friendly and helpful. If you want to be right in the middle of Essex Street, this is the spot. The room was very comfortable and clean. Plus you have two great eating spots right on property, The Counter and The Roof. Nothing beats the views from the roof and the food and drinks are delicious. Only drawback is that parking is a bit of a walk because you are staying is a historic part of town. My favorite place to stay in Salem.」
