Experiência boa. Acomodação de acordo com o anúncio, mas alguns pontos a melhorar, como inexistência de local no quarto para estender roupas e toalhas molhadas. Pátio arborizado muito bem organizado. Piscinas grandes, porém falta limpeza de folhas e insetos durante o dia. Comida de boa qualidade, mas falta higienização das cadeiras do restaurante. Bom atendimento.

Estadia Muito Boa

A estrutura do hotel é muito boa. O atendimento de todos os funcionários é muito bom. Duas piscinas externas grandes e piscina coberta também muito boa. Trilhas ótimas e muito bem cuidadas dentro da área hotel para caminhadas. Só tem um ambiente para as refeições. O café da manha é muito bom com várias opções e as refeições almoço e jantar são excelentes, cada refeição uma melhor que a outra, contrastando com as sobremesas, que nenhuma era boa, várias opções mas todas ruins. Os conforto dos quartos é ok, o colchão é muito ruim e a roupa de cama é ruim, o chuveiro é muito bom.

Pior dia para limpeza

Ótima área verde, temperatura da piscina ótima. Comida boa, mas carnes razoáveis. Recreação excelente. Ponto negativo é que fecham a piscina infantil às 17h em pleno sábado, para limpeza. A adulta tb fecham mais cedo. Claro que limpeza é essencial, mas sábado certamente não é o melhor dia para isso.

No geral, foi boa... funcionários do restaurante, da limpeza e recreação, muito simpáticos, comida muito boa, tempero bom! As camas, deveriam ser trocados os colchões e os chuveiros, desentupidos pois as duchas são de qualidade e boas, apenas o jato está ruim! Atendimento da recepção, poderia ser melhor. Confesso que esperava mais, em função do nome e do preço pago! Mas td certo!

COMIDA MARAVILHOSA

Opções de refeições são excepcionais em todos os períodos, muitas opções e qualidade dos pratos. As piscinas também tem águas maravilhosas. O que precisa é melhorar a manutenção da mesa de sinuca da recreação, que está desalinhada, faltando um bola e tacos velhos e danificados, bem como boias (macarrões) nas piscinas.

Falta recreação nas piscinas, e não deveriam misturar excursão de adolescente junto com outros hóspedes, receberam uma turma que fizeram uma algazarra durante a madrugada, para os idosos e quem tem filho pequeno ficou difícil. Comida e excelente, o atendimento de toda equipe.
