「A great little apartment in the heart of Avranches. Clean, quiet and well equipped, excellent Wi-Fi, comfortable bedding, a portable A/C in the living room. No A/C upstairs and it can get very hot.The apartment is on the first floor with stairs, and then the stairs to the kids bedroom are steep.Easy access by car from the A84 highway, free street parking at night and free unlimited parking at the church 1 block away. Quick access by car to the Mont Saint-Michel, and other touristic areas....

Laurent è stato un host gentilissimo e simpatico,nonché molto solerte e disponibile.L'appartamentino è delizioso e corrisponde a tutto quello che era in descrizione,con una sorpresa gradita e molto piacevole al nostro arrivo...Se torneremo dalle parti meravigliose che abbiamo visitato anche in futuro,senz'altro lo rifaremo! 「Très beau logement idéalement situé. Le centre-ville et le port sont à courte distance à pied. L’accès est facile et très tranquille malgré la proximité du centre ville. Hôtel très accueillant. Nous étions une famille de deux adultes et 2 ados.」

「Appartement très bien situé et bien équipé, le jacuzzi est un avantage mais la filtration fait beaucoup de bruit, il faudrait aussi un mode d'emploi pour le jacuzzi.On peut regretter des oreillers qui sentent mauvais et l'alarme incendie au dessus de vous quand vous êtes au lit.L'hôte est très réactif et de contact très agréable.」

「Court séjour très agreable passé à découvrir à pied et en vélo les alentours de Cancale ,la pointe du Grouin ,la baie magnifique par soleil et même endroit depaysant par temps couvert .le logement très calme est bien situé sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture 」

「L'appartement est magnifiquement bien décoré, très design, avec 2 salles de bain cuisine et terrasse, trés trés propre, 6 couchages possible, le canapé lit du salon est un vrai matelas 2 places, Mathieu est un hôte trés agréable à l'écoute et disponible tout au long du séjour. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir rapidement ! 」
