I wanted to make sure that my two dogs were included in the reservation. I originally booked for two adults and two dogs. When I received an email confirmation it only showed two adults. It was difficult to find a number or email so I could make sure I had paid the appropriate fees for the pets. I finally found a phone number to call and spoke to someone with very broken English that was hard to understand but they did confirm that the pets were included in the reservation. There had been an email saying I could message the host But when I clicked on the link it only took me to a place that said there are no new messages but didn't have a way for me to leave a message. Our stay was excellent. Communication was not. Paper towels would be nice.

The place was advertised as being brand new construction, and it certainly looks it, everything was in perfect condition. The appliances look brand new, the heat and AC worked well, the beds were comfortable. We did not use the stove top, just the microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine and full-size refrigerator/freezer, it was very convenient to have a full kitchen. We are planning to book the place again for the return leg of our trip.

The host was very available via email and text to answer any questions. The cabin is immaculately clean, great little courtyard, centrally located and very quiet. Even our dog having stayed before walked up to "our door" where we stayed the last time! Luckily, it was the same cabin - she was right at home.

I messed up on my booking, should have booked one more day, but the person taking care of the property was very gracious and made it work, thank you so very much. I highly recommend this very nice place if you’re going to Grants Pass Oregon. Will definitely use this place again when we come back.

Cute cabin studio. Easy check in and out. Nice parking. One bed groaned when you got in it. Could have been a little cleaner around baseboards etc in bathroom. Washer dryer worked well and there were plenty of towels for a 3 night stay. Close to downtown so that was nice.n
