「I'm a stickler about a clean environment. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of my room. It's the most important thing to me while staying away from home. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only suggestion I have is that a sign with an arrow and the word ice should be posted at the laundry room. I had a hard time finding the ice machine.」

「Everything worked well. Great location. Parking is so convenient to the rooms. Setting is secluded. Staff were very helpful. A few signs of wear, like a few spots on the carpet and a crack in the sink basin, did not detract from function or cleanliness.」

「I ended up not staying here because when I requested a lower level room, they gave me the key and it was immediately noticed that the room had not been cleaned in a while. The room smelled musty and the bathroom ceiling above the shower was molded. The bed linens were stained, and the 1 set of towels were well worn. There were cobwebs hanging along the edge of the ceiling and even spiders in the webs. There were carpenter ants crawling across the entryway, the microwave door would not close...

「Front desk very slow. Housekeeping took the complementary shampoo and conditioner after I used half of each bottle but didn’t give us anymore. The soap as well. Thought that was odd. Great cleaning however and very nice. Property is kept pretty clean. It’s convenient if you are going to Mystic attractions or Misquamicut . Breakfast was very nice and well maintained. Overall a nice place to stay for a few days.」

「The room had a nice mattress. There were nice towels. The room had rusty ceiling supports. There was water damage on the ceiling over the desk. The carpet needs a good cleaning. The place is under construction and partway into a remodel. The staff wasn't attentive. they were on their phones and didn't notice me at check in or checkout. They were going through the motions. Glad we only stayed one night on a longer trip across the region.」

「Good value for money. We stayed 9 days in total and felt very confortable and safe. Room, fridge, microwave, and sheets were clean. Room interior also looks nice.」

「There were stairs at each entrance so luggage had to be carried, no ramp. Everything was pretty old looking although clean enough. The WiFi was pathetically slow and difficult to connect to. The breakfast started at 7:00 which was too late for me, I had to leave each morning at seven. It’s not terrible but I’m used to better.」

「Room was not very convenient for family of 4. Room only had 1 chair. Sofa bed was not prepared with any linens. Room service was only every other day but only 1 door hook in bathroom to hang wet towels.」

「We had an absolutely wonderful weekend getaway! The cottage was impeccably clean and cozy. It was perfectly appointed with modern amenities, yet it still retained its classic coastal charm. Waking up to breathtaking views of the water right from our room was the highlight of the trip. The innkeepers were incredibly accommodating. A huge bonus for us was the kayaks on the property. The availability of clean lifejackets was a plus. We can’t wait to go back and relax.」
