「It was a little too cold at night to sleep with the windows open to listen to the river as we slept but the rain on the roof made up for that. The only bad nights sleep was when we thought we needed to set our alarm to wake up early. We never set the alarm the rest of our stay. The neighbors to the left put up a no trespassing sign so we couldn’t walk along the river back and that was sad for us. But the home was great. Would definitely rent this home again. 」

「I wanted a quiet spot to reconnect with self and nature, and this place not disappoint. The scenery and river view were fantastic for meditation and day dreaming. The cabin was cozy and clean. The stair case up to the bed was a really tight squeeze, so I left most of my belongings downstairs. Bring wood to make a fire. I was fortunate enough somone left a few pieces behind. I look forward to returning again!」

「Chris hosted us for a short visit to the area. The room is clean and updated. The listing was accurate, and the bed was comfortable. I believe we were in the flight path for paine field but after a couple of early evening flyovers, it was quiet. The property is lovely and the view cannot be beat. 」

「This is such a charming cabin. In a town that is nestled in the midst of the cascades. The river rushing by right outside makes for a lovely dining ambiance if you crack a window open in the sunroom. And the view from the hot tub is just beautiful. Was a little bummed we weren't able to see the strawberry moon, was a little too cloudy and tucked behind a mountain. But with how beautiful the rest of the town and cabin was we didn't feel that bad about missing it. I 100% would recommend this place...

You are connected to the other properties. You could hear the conversations going on in the other rooms. And heard when they ran their water too…it was just not ideal. But we were barely in the room so it worked out. The listing said theres a washer and dryer but it didn’t specify that it’s shared...

「We had a last minute change of plans and were able to secure this lovely property for a two night stay. It was a quiet and relaxing place to be. The kitchen was adequately stocked with spices and such. The hot tub was wonderful. Access to the river was easy - fun to go sit by the river and just watch the water rush by. Check in was easy. We were a little concerned about the gate, but that whole process was a breeze. All in all a perfect time. 」
