「Jim is the best host ever. Property was well stocked with everything you could ask for - I’ve stayed at well over 2 dozen VRBO’s and Jim really goes out of his way to make sure you will have everything you need. Spices, coffee, tons of towels, cleaning supplies, nice wine glasses, pamphlets about all of the local wineries and attractions, great WiFi and TV’s, great views, and just a few miles from Benton City. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.」

「The location of the Riverhouse was convenient to town yet quiet. We enjoyed the sunsets from this beautiful riverside property, as well as the birds and the two friendly neighbor dogs and chickens! Front yard was fully fenced with a nice green lawn for our dog. In addition, the house was comfortable and interestingly furnished. Thanks for the pleasant experience!」

「This was the perfect place for me and three friends to stay for 6 days in wine country. The sunsets from the porch are outstanding and the house is conveniently located to many great wineries and the interstate. This house was very comfortable (beds, sofa, chairs, etc), with great accommodations, and a fantastic kitchen. We were very happy and if (when?) we return to the Red Mountain area, we will definitely stay here again.」
