Had a very small minor issue with water not working randomly, I called the host and they legitimately had someone there and it was fixed in less than 3 minutes! I would not expect cell service in the house ..."

"Staff unhelpful, not polite at check in, uncomfortable bed, sticky floor, room smelled of urine, no tv remote and when desk was asked for a remote she said that room didn’t have one. No hot water, apparently they had a gas leak so no hot water but this wasn’t told by staff. No charging stations."
