"This is a gem in Santa Teresa. The staff are all superb my kids loved the surf instructor (Diego is amazing) and I loved the morning yoga instructor (Daniella is superb) a great way to start your day and spend the whole day with attentive and professional staff. You will never regret staying here and the kids are already asking me if we can come back again next year. A brand new hotel who already have got it all together the small guest amenities (watermelon water throughout the property) and chic design work together with direct beach front property. It was hard to leave but we will definitely be back. Pura Vida, Team Fermata!"

"We had an exceptional experience here at Casa Maleku. Before arrival, the concierge Andrea was so helpful in organizing everything from transfers to reservations to excursions, and was available to us for every need in a very timely way during our stay. The view here, especially at sunset is breathtaking. We argued about which room was the master, because they’re all so spacious and comfortable making it great for groups of couples. The cleaning staff were wonderful, moved silently around us and ensured we always had fresh towels and linens. Having overnight security gave us great peace of mind. Proximity to the beach was a must, and it’s a very short, albeit steep walk to the water. It’s proximal to the town so it’s convenient for restaurants, cafes and shopping, with a local grocery store nearby and a perfect cafe for light fare and coffee/matcha just out front. There were very few critters so long as you kept tidy. Justin and his team were wonderful hosts and would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking and hopefully we will be back again. "

"Amazing Room, clean, the right temperature, filtered water dispenser, beautiful rain shower, snacks, coffee, organic top notch skin & hair care products, and the highlight of my trip a 5 star bed that is both firm and comfortable, never hot always the right amount of “sleepy cozy” temperature for you to climb into it and have a lovely night sleep or a quick nap. Did I mentioned the hotel is literally waterfront to the best side of Santa Teresa ??? Amazing beach club with great service awesome hamacks, beach beds & beach puffs. Delightful sunsets and great margaritas. Reasonably priced dream place. "

"We had an excellent stay! We are an older couple and my husband gets up at 5 am daily for his coffee and we were not sure about the shared kitchen and it turned out to be one of our favorite things because we were able to meet and socialize with so many other people from all over the world! We had some chairs we could use to carry to the beach, the beds were the most comfortable we had on our entire 3 week stay in Costa Rica. Our host was fabulous and she did everything she could to help us have an amazing time. The traffic from the street takes a little getting use to, but so many other benefits outweighed that. The beach is like a two minute walk away and a fun bar sits right on the beach near the bungalow’s. It’s a wonderful place and we will be back!"
