Apartments in Grandate for Rent

"The apartment was very nice, clean and in a great location. It felt very safe, secure and in a busy area. Being made aware of cars not being able to get near the property or key pick up would have helped in our timing and planning. Air Conditioning in the bedrooms was not that good. We did not have hot water the last two days. "

Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. "Das Appartement war sehr schön und sehr stylisch umgebaut! Das Appartement Gaia ist auf 2 Stockwerken, welche mit einem Lift verbunden wären. Dieser hat während meinem Aufenthalt leider nicht funktioniert. Daher habe ich den 2. Stock jeweils über das Treppenhaus erreicht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm und sie haben mir immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Das Appartement verfügte über zwei Badezimmer und Duschen.
