Top Grand Traverse Island State Park Hotel Reviews
Open Hearth Lodge
10/10 Excellent
"Open Hearth is an older facility but very well maintained and clean for a very fair price. The staff was wonderful. We liked the location in Sister Bay, and we enjoyed the amenities such as Continental breakfast, indoor pool and hot tub, multiple fire pits and outdoor furniture. They even have umbrellas for a rainy day and bug spray available for use in the lobby."
"It's a well-maintained place. My room was the perfect size for me and my needs. The room was clean and had everything I needed. I arrived late but the host accommodated me, told me where to find my keys when I got there, and had taken care of my registration before I arrived. Only one disappointment: I tried to go out on the back porch but the screen door was locked and I couldn't figure out how to unlock it. However, I did enjoy the fresh air and morning sunshine without going out there! I would definitely stay here again when I can stay for more than one night."
Beechwood Cottage - Sleeps 4! A-Frame in Sister Bay, WI: Coffee Bar & Fire Pit!
10/10 Excellent
"Lovely cottage in Door County with excellent access to restaurants and activities in town. We traveled with our daughter, who loved the place and is already asking when we will return!"
Updated Vintage 1938 Log Cabin – Walk to Sister Bay
10/10 Excellent
"This is a charming, cozy log cabin with an interesting history and a convenient location for walking into the town of Sister Bay. There is ample parking space behind the cabin. The cabin is thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a vacation. Michelle, the host, was easy to communicate with & had the heat turned up for our arrival on a cool spring day.Would definitely return here."
