very cute hotel and room, absolutely AMAZING area to stay in!! the only thing i would say is the room got quite chilly with the a/c on and super warm with it off so it was a bit hard to find a balance but i can absolutely overlook that for the price and location. other than that everything was perfect!! staff was very friendly.

Likes: Unbeatable location, rooftop pool and deck, sauna with a view, washer and dryer in unit. Dislikes: Poor communication- no reply to messages to hotel made through Expedia app, nor via SMS messages. Murphy bed took up almost entire width of room, made it very difficult to access fridge, diswasher, oven without going to the hassle of folding it back up. Edges of bed frame were sharp and not not fun to bang your shins on.

If you value a peaceful & comfortable stay, pls read this before booking. Our stay was extremely disappointing. On arrival, we discovered the air conditioning was not working. The rooftop AC unit made a loud, alarming noise all night but produced no cool air. Wit the temperature around 25°C in summer, the apartment became unbearably hot, & my children struggled to sleep. The unit felt unsafe as it was connected to an office through an interior door, with a glass entrance that appeared accessible from outside. After the first night, D building entrance no longer required a code, meaning anyone could enter. I contacted the property through Expedia chat but received no response. Wen the TV remote also stopped working, I called a number provided by someone outside the building. I was asked to send photos of the thermostat and remote, which I did immediately, but my calls and messages were ignored afterward. I contacted Expedia, who advised us to check out early and requested a refund for our final night due to the issues. The property declined the refund. The apartment was not as shown in the photos. The furniture was stained, there was a strong chemical smell, the cookware was scratched and unusable, and the sinks had no covers. Construction made access difficult, and people were often smoking and loitering at d entrance. Overall, this property fell far below expectations in cleanliness, safety, comfort, and customer service. I would not recommend it, especially families.
