「Nice」

「Had a wonderful long weekend! Great location, room was clean and host was very helpful!」

「Everything was great. The room was clean, all essentials were readily available and the price was perfect.Great ocean views, and located in the perfect spot.」

Then the 3AM arrival of someone in the adjoining house was the topper. I slept less than 2 hours. These things are key factors that should be disclosed.」

「We had a great time, but we were a little disappointed in the unit we stayed in. It was very clean except behind the Murphy bed.”Bedroom” appeared to be updated and mattresses were very comfortable. 「The room could be cleaner. The host was accessible and friendly」

Advertised outdoor pool was open . It was NOT and after days of arguing with management and Hostiva, they finally acknowledge it was closed. Phoned Hostiva almost every day and they said they would phone back. They never did. The last day took the cake; cockroach crawling on the wall. That was the icing...

「over all it was nice. the room was not clean, vents had a lot of dust, dresser was dirty inside and out, night stand had something that was split running down it. the only other complaint i have was there was no way to get fresh shower towels, garbage bag, paper towels, We had to buy our own. View was great!」
