Friendly staff and quiet area. Shuttle driver being available was a big help at such a late time.

Bathroom was separate from the bedroom so no lav outside the bath.We prefer all the bath facilities in one separate room. It was decently quiet. Bathroom door and desk show damage. Beds were very nice and comfortable. Sheets and mattress were very comfortable. Elevator was warm and made a constant electrical sound.

Staff very nice. Room was clean. Needs to be updated but it seems like they try to keep up with everything.

Way too much money to stay here. Needs to lower price was not worth the money. I pd300.00 plus for one nite. Shower went from hot to cold needs updating. Never pay this again for a comfort inn

I was asked for a $50 deposit by the female clerk. The male clerk began to speak to the female in their language, she then increased the deposit amount to a $100
The hotel seemed to be an extended stay for the homeless or a homeless shelter. The carpet was dirty though out the building.
A strange thing happened when I was taken up to actually see the room, the female clerk knocked on the door before she opened it with the key.
I asked her why would she knock on a door that was supposed to be vacant and ready for a new guest. She said it was company policy. That seemed weird to me and raised a red flag for me.
It was too late to cancel. I wind up not getting a refund but I did not stay at the hotel either. I did not pay a deposit. I booked another room at another hotel online and left the premises as cleanliness and safety are very important to me.
