A great relief to bunk out here for a few days after a series of hotel rooms. Also nice to be just out of the city bounds, where there is still some of the older neighborhood remaining. We especially enjoyed local restaurants, and had the pleasure of full Sakura along the river banks.

There was way too much dust on items in the room. Thick layers. The top of the headboard was covered in it. I have terrible allergies and this made my stay very uncomfortable. Trash and used condoms were on the side of the bed.

I’ve booked 3 rooms together. 2 rooms is clean, but 1 room is not clean. They didn’t clean the small cabinet, there’s a lots of empty cans of beers inside the cabinet, when I go in, many small mosquito inside the room!! And 1 rooms door lock isn’t working, I ask my friend to call and they fix within one hour.

Soo crazy small room. We ordered 4 adult people room but only one bed and three pillows. Even they said there was a double set futon in the closet, no mattres,just sleep on the hard ground. Not a standard tatami, can’t sleep well during whole night. BTW, you can’t be fat as the mattress is not large enough…Very bad experience in FUKUOKA

This place was ok. The space was very small and the bunk beds were dirty/dusty. The top bunk was close to the bttow bunk and 5 year old kept hitting her head whenever she sat up on the bottom bunk. Also, i booked the deluxe room which, from the hotel information, is supposed to have had a separate bedroom but this was one room with no seperation for bedroom. Disappointing.

夜間のチェックインでオートロックの解除や部屋のロックの開け方も分からなく電話をしたら丁寧に対応して下さりました。 部屋のロックの解除が分からなくて困っていたらこちらに行きますとの対応もありました。 とても丁寧で１０分くらいで着くので風邪を引かないよように暖かくして待っていてくださいのお言葉大変嬉しかったです。 ロック解除はなんとか自分達で開けることが出来ました。 チェックインのロビーの機械がもう少し簡単で反応か早かったらいいなと思いました。

冷房のドレインが詰まっているのか冷房を使用中に雫が落ちてきてちょうどベッドの上だったので服が濡れた。 ベッドの下、ベランダにタバコのカスがあり残念でした。 それさえ無ければいい所でした。
