Second bedroom located on second floor and second bathoom and shower located in basement. VERY small kitchen but well stocked. Fireplace area was raised and a real toe jammer. Comforters left something to be desired. Dryer not vented outside and full of lint so wouldn’t dry. Porch and patio furniture very nice and comfy with fire table.

Perfect Vacation Spot!

Our family of 5 had a fantastic stay at the cabin! The property was clean, spacious, and the outdoor deck was where we spent most of our time. Our son caught 19 trout at Lake Granby, so he thought it was the best vacation ever. :) With easy access to RMNP, all three lakes, and adorable downtown Grand Lake, the cabin was a perfect vacation spot. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Beautiful property

We had a wonderful family vacation at this stunning cabin. Our adult children enjoyed having their own space, while still being all together. Quiet neighborhood, but close to all the adventures in the area.

Wonderful location and property

This was a lovely cabin and we loved the sweet neighborhood it was in and how close it was to Lake Grandby. Very clean throughout and liked the well stocked kitchen. We truly enjoyed the large deck and appreciated the locking gates to allow our 2 year old to roam around outside. Fantastic place to stay!

Outstanding Property

This property is very nice and convenient to everything Grandby/Grand Lake has to offer. Our family really enjoyed staying here. Plenty of room inside, large deck, and all the amenities you need. Just blocks from Grandby lake made it easy to access paddle boarding and fishing. We will definitely be back!

Great cabin

Beautiful cabin, plenty of room for six of us, great location near Grand Lake and RMNP. Cabin had everything we needed! So many moose sightings on this side of the park, and woke up to a moose outside the cabin one day! Loved our stay, which included snow and a winter wonderland in late May!
