RIVERFRONT cabin w/ view to RMNP & the lakes. Sit where the Colorado river enters Shadow Mountain Lake & since it's a Delta, facing tons of wildlife.
Watch the Moose, Deer, Eagles, Osprey, etc. go by. They will walk across the river right in front of you!!!
Canoes, Kayaks, & Stand Up Paddle Board's incl.
1/4 mile of private fishing, as we are "Homesteaders--we go back over 100 years--we own to the middle of river. Absolutely amazing property--maybe the most beautiful in all of Grand County.

Awesome Spot

Incredible location and cozy accomodation. It was the perfect spot for our mini- family reunion. Our dogs will miss it even more than we will.

Great place to stay

Our family stayed here and absolutely loved it. It is very close to downtown Grand Lake, which has phenomenal restaurants, and places to shop. It is right on the Colorado river for beautiful scenery. Our kids (3 y/o and 2 y/o) utilized the on-site playground a lot and loved it. It would also be a great place to stay for multiple families/groups as there are multiple cabins on-site, but never felt overcrowded as there is plenty of space. I would highly recommend if you are looking to stay in or near Grand Lake. The only regret I had was not bringing our dogs, as they would have loved it!

Awesome 4 night stay

If you are looking for gorgeous scenery, easy (walk up) to fishing and boats (canoes/SUP/kayak) and a place that is pet-friendly, it doesn’t get much better. We had an awesome long weekend as a family of 4 (children 8 and 13). Camp-fires at night, hikes and spending time on the lake during the day. Quick drives to variety of restaurants/grocery.Tracee is a very responsive host and was able to answer questions before and during our stay quickly. Highly recommend!
