Enjoy a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom townhome one mile from downtown Fruita. Built in 2018 with a spacious and open concept design. Views of the Colorado National Monument from the front and backyard. Two bedrooms with King beds and Casper mattresses. 3rd bedroom with bunkbed and trundle bed which also serves as a great playroom for children.

We had a good time there but there was some pet hair floating around which was gross. and also on the sofas. the beds were not the softest but overall it was a nice house. i loved the wall decorations. lol that is my type of things....

Nice property but bad weeds.
This is a nice property and location. After arriving we found the backyard had many foxtail weeds, which are very dangerous for dogs. I spent two hours removing the weeds, because we had our dog with us. The owner lists this as a dog friendly rental, yet when we reported these weeds to her she never responded.

Nice place in town
We stayed for the Desert Rats trail running festival. Great location for that event - very short walk to the school where the shuttlers went. Very clean, excellent communication.

Very clean home. The kids loved the toys that is a nice touch. Our only complaint is the mattress in the first bedroom was so thin you could feel the slats thru it.

Mountainbike Weekend
7 friends hit Fruita for some epic mountainbiking. This property made our trip ideal. It slept all of us comfortably. The living room is wide open to sit around and tell stories about the day's riding. The back porch was a nice spot to do the same. The real kicker for us was the ping pong table in the garage! The house is about a mile away from downtown Fruita, so we rode into town - it's easy and refreshing.

Great stay!

Superbe propriété!!
Nous nous sommes établis à la maison de Miquela pour 11 nuits dans le contexte d’un voyage de velo de montagne. La maison est grande, propre et confortable avec décoration au goût du jour!! Il n’y manque rien! L’accès au garage est un plus pour l’entreposage de nos vélos.
La municipalité de Fruita offre de superbes sentiers de vélo de Montagne notamment les secteurs de 18 road et de Kokopelli trails. Nous avons aussi exploré divers secteurs de Grand Junction et de Moab.
D’autre part, le parc du Colorado National monument vaut le détour avec de superbes points de vues sur les canyons de la région.
Bref, nous y retournerons avec plaisir si l’occasion se présente! Merci Miquela et à son équipe!!

Superb Experience
Miquela’s home is exactly as listed and further exceeded my expectations. It was extremely clean and comfortable for my family, which is of utmost importance to me. There is lots of room and cookware for making meals and my Toddler was entertained with the collection of toys and books. We all slept great and made adventures to nearby trails and parks easy and convenient. Looking forward to staying again.

Beautifully appointed property!!!
Just need a place for an overnight stay. Property was one of the best we have ever stayed in with a lot of very classy amenities ie. soaps, shampoos in shower, toys for kids, etc. Was beautifully clean and comfortable You can tell our host Miquela takes great pride in the quality of this VRBO!!! Great job!!! Thanks for being so responsive to calls as well!!!

Excellent Stay Comfortable Clean Home!!!
Mikela is professional, clear, precise and handled minor matters rapidly. The home is very clean, spacious and comfortable. Beds are extremely comfortable and upscale sheets are a real plus. Kitchen is very well appointed with all the necessary equipment and conveniences. Back yard is fenced and very pet friendly. We had a truly wonderful stay. Thank you Mikela.
